Rhomb porphyry is a distinctive volcanic rock featuring large diamond-shaped (rhombic) feldspar crystals set in a fine-grained dark matrix. It's essentially restricted to the Oslo Rift region of Norway, making it one of the most geographically limited rock types in the world.
